Orders

Shipping

Orders are processed within the stated processing timeframe shown on the product page.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are estimates only.

W24KPHARAOH is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, adverse weather, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, we will assist you in contacting the courier where possible. However, delivery delays alone do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.

Returns & Cancellations

If your item is made to order or personalised, returns for change of mind may not be accepted where permitted by UK law.

For non-personalised online orders, UK consumer cancellation rights may apply.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size chosen by the customer.
Change of mind (where a legal exception applies).
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused after delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
