Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All orders placed with W24KPHARAOH are processed as quickly as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled before production or fulfilment begins. Once production has started or an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

As our products are produced in limited quantities and may be made to order, we do not accept cancellations after processing has commenced.

Delivery times provided are estimates only. W24KPHARAOH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
